Clerical Team

Karla runs our clerical team. She predominantly takes care of bookkeeping and payroll, orders supplies, and credentialing providers. She also helps with patient access to the patient portal, and deals with insurance claims and denials.

Brenda greets patients as they check in for appointments. She also enters and updates patient’s information, makes appointments, collects payments, answers billing questions, manages patient statements, and keeps track of insurance authorizations.
