Our therapists help children establish their identity and overcome challenges through individual and family therapy. We create a safe environment for children to express their feelings through play and talk therapy

Adolescent Therapy

Adolescent therapy is a type of therapy that helps young people aged 13–18 with their mental health. Counseling provides a safe space for teens to explore distressing thoughts and emotions, work through childhood trauma, and build stronger connections with family members. The goal is to help teens develop life skills, emotional resilience, and strategies for managing stress.
