Cornerstone is expanding, and we have several independent contractor positions available for a Kansas-licensed (or licensed eligible) mental health professional (Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor).
 
The person in this position will provide initial diagnostic assessments and individual and family therapy. We are looking for a contractor who desires to approach clients with a holistic and integrative approach to faith and psychology. Candidates with experience in therapy with children are strongly encouraged to apply. We will consider recently graduated doctoral students who have completed their dissertations and require supervised post-doctoral supervision or master' s-level providers seeking clinical licensure needing supervision.
 
Cornerstone Family Counseling has been serving the community since 1980 by providing counseling and preventative services based on our professionally trained staff, who are committed to their faith. Cornerstone is a non-profit agency governed by a Board of Directors made up of community leaders.
 
A percentage of the actual money collected is paid to Independent contractors monthly. Providers have lots of flexibility with their schedules and the patient population they would like to serve.
 
Located in the heart of the scenic Flint Hills with a population of about 60,000, the Manhattan area features two excellent universities (Kansas State University and Manhattan Christian College), a respected army post (Fort Riley), fine arts, the beauty of nature, KSU sporting events and a wide range of other attractions.
