About Therapy

Christina believes that transformative healing requires a strong therapeutic relationship. There is not one clear path to change but many, and we must find our way forward together. Her process is intentional, curious, and creative, helping clients build deeper self-awareness so they can lead more authentic and loving lives. Her goal is to create a safe space for all parts of ourselves to be present where we can vulnerably practice new ways of relating with ourselves and others. As a clinician, Christina is committed to using her position to support clients from diverse backgrounds, promote equity, integrate various disciplines, and address systems of power—recognizing that even small changes on an individual or relational level can have a wider systemic impact
